Mind Body Pilates: a FREE 10-day Pilates challenge!

I’m thrilled to announce that a new, FREE Pilates challenge is here!!

This free Pilates challenge is one of my favorites yet and I can’t wait for you to experience all that’s in store…free workouts, giveaways, mindfulness tools, community support, and so much more!

During this 10-day challenge, you can expect to:

  • Create the habit of daily exercise
  • Build strength
  • Improve flexibility
  • Reduce stress
  • Improve focus
  • Receive support and encouragement every step of the way

I’ve been teaching Pilates online for the past 6 years and have been BLOWN AWAY by the results my clients see from doing just 15 minutes of Pilates per day from the comfort of their own home.

If you’re like me, I’m willing to bet you’ve struggled with staying consistent with your exercise routine at some point in your life. This challenge will change that for you.

My goal is to help you change that by making it EASY for you to fit workouts into your daily routine.

This is the beginning of a new season for you – a season of making exercise a priority and loving the results.

— 10 days. 15 minutes per day. No equipment necessary.

— I’ll send you an email every morning with a link to your daily workout and mindfulness assignment.

— The workouts are quick, effective and designed to leave you feeling strong, energized, and refreshed.

— I’ll guide you through this challenge every step of the way!

The Mind Body Pilates Challenge will officially begin on Monday, February 19th, but registration is NOW OPEN!

As promised, I’ve made this simple, straight-forward, and most importantly EFFECTIVE, so that by the end of ten days you’ll feel stronger, healthier, and more consistent than you do right now.

    I signed up for the 10 day challenge. I clicked on the first workout and it brings me to this page. I do not see the workout.

    I too signed up for the 10 day challenge. When clicked on the first workout and it took me to this page. I do not see the workout either.

    I signed up but I did not see any materials in my email other than several invitations. Have you sent them out yet?

    I do not know if I can do this so I think I will back out the challenge, it does look very interesting but at this time , my back and leg is giving problems as well my hip.
