I’m thrilled to announce that the wildly popular Mind Body Pilates Challenge is BACK! It was so much fun earlier this year that we’re running it again to give you that extra boost of motivation to get on your mat this summer!

This free Pilates challenge provides 10 days of online Pilates workouts and I can’t wait for you to experience all that’s in store…free workouts, giveaways, mindfulness tools, community support, and so much more!

During this 10-day challenge, you can expect to:

  • Create the habit of daily exercise
  • Build strength
  • Improve flexibility
  • Reduce stress
  • Improve focus
  • Receive support and encouragement every step of the way

I’ve been teaching Pilates online for the past 6 years and have been BLOWN AWAY by the results my clients see from doing just 15 minutes of Pilates per day from the comfort of their own home.

If you’re like me, I’m willing to bet you’ve struggled with staying consistent with your exercise routine at some point in your life. This challenge will change that for you.

My goal is to help you change that by making it EASY for you to fit workouts into your daily routine.

    I didn’t get my first workout today. I’ve checked al the folders and nothing. I received the welcome email but that’s it. What do I do now?

    Two things
    I finally did three workouts from the 10 day challenge
    Oh my goodness! The next day l was stiff
    But, felt wonderful and taut
    But, ld saved the 10 work outs to my Home page, and when lve tried to use them l get referred to Pinterest, and when lve clicked on Pinterest to access a workout, . nothing happens
    Help! What is happening – now that lve started to use the 10 Day challenge – it doesn’t work

      Hi Barbara! I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble accessing these workouts! The best way to access them would be via the Sisterhood Workout Library. You can filter the videos by “Mind Body Pilates Challenge.” Send us an email at [email protected] if you’re still having trouble. 🙂
