Today’s challenge is all about self-talk…
Did you know that we have anywhere from 400-1400 words of self-talk per minute? Isn’t that crazy?
Most of the time we aren’t even aware of the internal conversation we’re having with ourselves on a daily basis. But if you’ve worked with me in The PBP, you know I believe that improving self-talk is a powerful way to change your habits and more importantly, boost your confidence.
So today, let’s pay attention. I challenge you to eliminate ALL negative thoughts for one day. When you notice a negative thought, stop, and replace it with a positive one.
I can’t wait to hear how this goes for you.
