May Favorites…

I know it’s technically June (crazy!) but due to the launch of Pilates 4×4 (are you signed up yet?), I’m a little behind on my blog schedule. 🙂

Here’s a little round-up of some of my favorite products/services/things from the month of May…

1. Thrive Market

Think Whole Foods meets Costco plus front door delivery. Does it get any better? I’ve worked closely with the people over at Thrive Market and really respect what they are doing. For a small membership fee (about $5 per month) you have access to high-quality, organic, non-gmo products at wholesale price. Shipping is free over a certain amount so it makes a lot of sense if you like to buy high-quality, healthy products. And not having to go to the store? Dreamy. They also provide free memberships to families who are not able to afford them to help get healthy foods into cities and schools that are struggling financially. 2. Jane Iredale Dream Tint Tinted Moisturizer with SPF

I LOVE this stuff. Jane Iredale makes mineral-based makeup that is gentle and cruelty-free. I use this moisturizer in place of foundation – it contains SPF, which is important here in Colorado and hylauronic acid which I swear has made a difference in my crows feet and fine lines.

3. Honest Sunscreen Lotion, SPF 30

The Honest Company came out with a new and improved sunscreen formula this year (easier to rub in) and also scored in the top rankings in the Environmental Working Group’s 2015 Guide To Sunscreen.

4. Paleo Pumpkin Chocolate Muffins

I know, I know…it’s June! But we endured 21 days of straight rain here in Colorado so I took to baking. These are my favorite muffins. They’re super easy and healthier than most!

5. Pistachios

Currently my favorite nut for snacking or adding to salads/veggie bowls. I can’t get enough! Pistachios contain fewer calories and more potassium and vitamin K per serving than other nuts. They’re also a good source of B-6 and have shown to improve cholesterol levels. That being said, it’s easy to eat a few too many so I buy them in the shell to slow me down. 🙂

What about you, what have you been loving lately? I always love hearing about other people’s good finds!

xo,

PS – friendly reminder that the early bird discount on my next online program, Pilates 4×4, ends today! The price will go from $59 to $79 first thing tomorrow morning. Snag your spot now! It’s going to be a fun and transformative 4 weeks. 🙂

Love it when you post your favorite things 🙂 Thrive is great! If you love their pistachios you would love the Golden Princess mix of pistachios and raisins
