    Thanks for sharing the last post by Zen Habits. I am guilty of always wondering if there is something else I should be doing to enhance my life (or my family’s and friend’s lives). Each moment is a gift. Each moment is part of my story… There’s such freedom in this. Thanks for the deep breath.
