Link Love: what I've been reading…

Hi Beauties,

I hope you had a great weekend!

I spent the weekend in up in the mountains with a group of Pilates instructors, physical therapists and movement professionals. It was an inspiring time and I continue to learn so much from my colleagues. I’m so grateful to work with such intelligent women.

On another note, I’m curious…have you kept up with your Pilates Summer Series workouts even though it officially concluded? I hope so! Just because the program’s over doesn’t mean you have to stop. 🙂

I’m working on Part 2 of How I Lost The Baby Weight, but in the meantime, here are some interesting things I’ve been reading around the web…

This article on how to change your life is totally inspiring and i wholeheartedly agree with her food philosophy. (camillestyles.com)

I can’t wait to try these Raw Zucchini Bread Truffles…they sound odd but I’m totally intrigued. (nutritionstripped.com)

This quote on seeking wholeness over happiness from A Cup of Jo is worth holding on to.

You know I’m big on avoiding fat talk and this article goes into more detail. Love it. (huffingtonpost.com)

And finally, how long to nap for the biggest brain benefits. (spiritscienceandmetaphysics.com)

PS – there are only a few spots left in The Pilates Body Program! It’s going to be such a great group. The Starter Kit goes out this Thursday. 🙂
