I hope you had a great weekend!
I spent the weekend in up in the mountains with a group of Pilates instructors, physical therapists and movement professionals. It was an inspiring time and I continue to learn so much from my colleagues. I’m so grateful to work with such intelligent women.
On another note, I’m curious…have you kept up with your Pilates Summer Series workouts even though it officially concluded? I hope so! Just because the program’s over doesn’t mean you have to stop. 🙂
I’m working on Part 2 of How I Lost The Baby Weight, but in the meantime, here are some interesting things I’ve been reading around the web…
