Happy Friday beauties!
I hope you’ve had a good week. It has been super busy around here with the kickoff of The PBP. As busy as it is I love getting to know the new group of motivated women and walking through their goals with them. I can’t help but feel inspired and blessed by the opportunity to walk alongside them as they make positive changes in their life.
Did you know that when you wake up in the morning and stretch that “feel good” feeling is actually the feeling of your fascia stretching, NOT your muscles?
