Link Love: what I've been reading…

Happy Friday beauties!

I hope you’ve had a good week. It has been super busy around here with the kickoff of The PBP. As busy as it is I love getting to know the new group of motivated women and walking through their goals with them. I can’t help but feel inspired and blessed by the opportunity to walk alongside them as they make positive changes in their life.

It’s been awhile since I’ve talked about fascia here on the blog and this article reminded me that it’s probably time to revisit the topic here for those of you who are working to improve your physical performance and well-being.     I use glass jars for bulk items as well – these decals look perfect for it! The educational chalkboard would be cute, too, for my toddler’s room.

    I love a similar pilaf from the Oh She Glows cookbook (there’s some chili flakes and onion as the main differences, I think). It’s great with alfalfa sprouts and bibb lettuce as lettuce wraps or on your favorite grain wrap.

    Robin, loved the 21 days of Pilates we just finished & now I keep finding myself back on your page. You are quite an inspiration.! Great article on leaving work at work.
