Yes, your card will be automatically billed every month (or year) on the date that you signed up.

Your account will always be charged on the date that you signed up. If you sign up on the 3rd of the month, you will always be billed on the 3rd of the month.

You can cancel your membership at any time. However, by cancelling your membership, you are forgoing any “locked-in” rate and if you choose to sign up again, your rate will be determined by the current membership prices.
To cancel your membership:
  1. Log in to your Sisterhood account and select “My Account” from your profile drop-down menu.
  2. Select “Sisterhood Membership” in the left hand menu. 
  3. Click “Cancel” underneath your membership details. 
Note: If you do not see the option to cancel a membership here, then most likely your membership was originally setup through PayPal. In this case, you will need to manually cancel your PayPal account. You can do that by logging into your PayPal account, selecting “recurring monthly payments”, and then selecting “cancel” for your Sisterhood subscription.
Once you cancel, you will not be billed for the following month. Your login will remain active and your account will be set to expire at the end of your payment period. Once expired, you will no longer have access to the Sisterhood features, such as workout calendars, groups, resources, and more.
If you know your credit card is about to expire, you can update it in order to prevent a break in your membership benefits:
  1. Log in to your Sisterhood account and select “My Account” from your profile drop-down menu.
  2. Select “Sisterhood Membership” in the left hand menu. 
  3. Click “Change Payment” underneath your subscription details.
Note: If your credit card expires and the payment is not completed, your membership will be cancelled.
*If you originally signed up via PayPal, you will need to update your credit card information in your PayPal account.
Sisterhood members can switch from their monthly rate to the current annual membership rate at anytime. 
  1. Log in to your Sisterhood account and select “My Account” from your profile drop-down menu.
  2. Select “Sisterhood Membership” in the left hand menu.
  3. Click on “Annual Upgrade” underneath your subscription details.
Your annual membership will process on your next monthly renewal.
Unfortunately, we are unable to pause your membership, but you can cancel at any time. However, once you cancel, you forgo any “locked-in” rate and if you choose to sign up again, your rate will be determined by the current membership prices. Keep in mind that your membership to The Sisterhood is so much more than the workouts! So even if you’re unable to utilize these during a period of illness or injury, all of the other resources – like Recipe Central and the supportive community – may still be of great benefit to you! 
Yes, it’s simple to get a printed invoice or save/email a copy of your membership invoice:
  1. Log in to your Sisterhood account and select “My Account” from your profile drop-down menu.
  2. Select “Sisterhood Membership” in the left hand menu.
  3. Scroll down to “Related Orders” and you have the option on the right to view or print any of your membership billing statements.
