Healthy Snack Ideas Using Nut Butter

Hi Beauties!

A few months ago I attended the Work Life Thrive summit hosted by my good friend Cindy of Women In The Mix. It was a wonderful event and while I was there I met Jess from Kalot Superfood. I was excited to officially meet her because I’ve been a fan of Kalot’s nut butters since I discovered them at Whole Foods a few years ago.

Jess was kind enough to send me a few jars of nut butter to sample and it’s been fun incorporating them into our diet. We go through A LOT of nut butter in our house so we’ve all appreciated the new flavors to change things up and make snack time a little more interesting.

Although you could use any kind of nut butter for these snacks, I do recommend checking out all that Kalot has to offer. There are some really unique flavors that may make your family excited about healthy food again. 🙂

Kalot’s products are full of antioxidants, essential minerals, healthy fats, and phytonutrients. They then add 50% of the Recommended Daily Value of vitamins per serving. Their nut butters are free of added sugar and made with real fruit for great taste and vibrant energy

2 tablespoons Kalot Cashew Butter with Chocolate Chips and Chia Seeds

Directions

Remove tops of strawberries. Slice strawberries in half, spread Kolat Cashew Butter between the two pieces and press together like an oreo cookie.

Peel banana and slice into quarter-inch rounds. Spread Cashew butter between two slices and press together just like you did the strawberries.
