Healthy Holiday Gift Guide

Are you a black Friday shopper?

I’m not one to brave the crowds I do love cyber Monday and stocking up on holiday gifts while sipping coffee on my couch. 🙂

Below is a healthy holiday gift guide for your health and fitness loving friends. I’ve included some foodie gifts as well because who doesn’t love food?

1. Contigo Glass Purity Water Bottle

I have this and I am in love. It’s free of plastic (which is known to leach chemicals) and lighter than other glass water bottles I’ve had in the past. It’s also beautiful. Perfect for your friend who loves fun accessories.

2. Cuisipro Herb Keeper

Any foodie friend would appreciate this herb keeper to help them keep their herbs fresh and ready for use.

3. Tory Burch Fitbit

Need I say more? Tory Burch teamed up with Fitbit to design a beautiful accessory that tracks your daily activity, heart rate, calorie burn, sleep patterns, and more.

4. Cooking Classes

I love gifts that provide an experience. These are particularly great for those who are hard to buy for. Sur La Table offers regular cooking classes. This has been on my list for a while. Wouldn’t it be a fun date night?

5. Manduka Go Ready Tote Bag

I love this bag. It’s chic, spacious and includes a convenient way to carry your mat to and from class.

6. Gym Boss Interval Timer and Stopwatch

For your friends who love Tabata or interval workouts. This allows you to set specific intervals so you don’t have to keep track of them in your head. Perfect for new runners who are doing a walk/run routine to build their endurance.

7. Race Bib Coasters

For the friend who loves to save their race bibs but doesn’t know what to do with them. This company will turn your bibs into marble coasters. Such a fun idea.

8. Against All Grain: Meals Made Simple

Perfect for your gluten-free friends and really anyone who is looking for more healthy, whole food recipes.

9. Vegetable Spiralizer

Perfect for those who love to cook healthy meals. Veggie noodles (like “zoodles“) are a great way to get your comfort food fix while sticking to a healthy diet. You can even make sweet potato mac & cheese!

10. I have one more gift idea coming your way next week!  It’s unique to The Balanced Life and holds a very special place in my heart. I can’t wait to share it with you!
