Happy Friday

“Gratefulness is the key to a happy life that we hold in our hands, because if we are not grateful, then no matter how much we have we will not be happy — because we will always want to have something else or something more.” – David Steindl-Rast

{santa barbara}

We took a visit back to our second home this past week. It was lovely and comforting and full of time with friends that feel like family.

{blenders}

A must if you ever find yourself in Santa Barbara. My recommendation: Red Banana, Go Soy, with a total blend.

{wintry blend}

It’s back on the shelves at Trader Joe’s! It will make your home smell delicious.

A fantastic $10 chardonnay.

Yes, you. I’ve been absolutely overwhelmed by your excitement for the pre-holiday program. There are at least 250 of you who are wanting to get your body in Pilates shape and I have loved interacting with you via email/facebook/twitter. It’s been making me quite happy. I’m very grateful for you 🙂

What little things have been making you happy this week?
