I’ve had many requests for a quick, barre workout and I’m excited to share a new one on my YouTube channel today!
You’ll go to a lot of barre studios where they teach you to tuck, tuck, tuck, but that isn’t always good for your back. I’ve seen so many clients who end up with back problems and muscle imbalance from the constant tucking. So in this workout, we’re working with neutral spine and might tuck occasionally. But mostly, I want to help you feel the power of functional fitness!
This 10 minute, full body barre workout will work the entire body and all you need is a mat and something to hold onto for balance – a chair, back of the couch, or countertop will work just fine!
