I just got back from a great (slow) run in preparation for my next half-marathon and spent the whole time piecing together the final details of an idea I’ve been dreaming up for the past few weeks.
As you know I’m easing back into my running routine post-pregnancy and it seems like there are a lot of us that are trying to get back out in the groove with running or even training for a race.
I’ll be sharing my half-marathon training plan soon, but I’ve also been dreaming up an online run club to help keep us all motivated, whether we’re just running for fun, running to stay in shape or training for a race.
I’m still finalizing the details but I’d love to get an idea of how many of you are interested first so that I can create the best program.
There would be a small fee just to help me cover the costs and logistics of running a program, but it wouldn’t be much.
I have all kinds of ideas of goodies that would be included to help you stay the course, take care of your body and keep up with your goals. And of course, Pilates exercises to improve your running and prevent injury along the way.
