  1. I love that you shared how it’s the only veggies or fruit you may get that day. Absolutely true for me also. I have 3 kids and I work full time and it’s a struggle to stay completely balanced

    Tried a recipe that came with my new vita-mix blender. (hubby got me for my birthday – woot woot!) Didn’t think I’d like this smoothie but I really liked it! Was a cucumber, avocado, lime smoothie. That’s all that was in it except a sprinkle of pepper and some ice. Nothing sweet. I felt so good after it… my body was thanking me 🙂
