Welcome to Day #2 of the Back to the Mat challenge.

In today’s energizing Pilates routine, you’ll tone and strengthen your upper body while also challenging your core. In just 15 minutes, you’ll feel the burn in the best kind of way.

    Day #2 finished! Planks are not doable right now because of back issues…chiroprator’s advice. Maybe when I’m stronger…more pilates!

    Missed day one but did day 2 then day 1 right after. These are awesome workouts! Can definitely feel my muscles working. 15 minutes is so doable!

    Terrific workout! thought I didn’t have time to do this series but I was DETERMINED to stay the course of the 7 day Workout! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Loved it!

    I love these challenges! Why do my feet cramp up when I point my toes and what can I do to prevent that?

      Hi Kim! That is usually a sign of dehydration, so make sure you’re drinking plenty of fluids!! 🙂
