Since we’re half-way through the year I thought it would be a good time to re-visit a few baby steps that can improve your health and well-being with little to no effort.
Each day on social media we’ll focus on a new baby step and share it with each other for accountability if you feel so inclined. Feel free to do more than one per day as we go along. 🙂
Here’s what we’ll be doing:
Tuesday: Daily Exercises For A Healthy Spine
Wednesday: Warm Lemon Water In The Morning
Friday: Fermented Foods
Saturday: Foam Rolling
This will be fun and a great for us to give our bodies and daily habits a little tune-up.
