Can you believe we’re wrapping up another month? I hardly can. I’m savoring these final days of summer and hope you are too. 🙂
The end of the month means another edition of my monthly favorites.
Here’s what I ‘ve been loving this month…
Although I miss the abundance of fresh produce in California – one thing we are lucky to have here in Colorado are Palisade Peaches. They are SO good this year, I can’t get enough. I’ve been adding them to snacks, meals and salads in any way I possibly can.
This towel is beautiful. I lay it over my mat for extra sweaty workouts and love that it has little grippers on the back to keep it from sliding. My friends over at Manduka were kind enough to send me this towel and I am in love.
My 2 year old is obsessed with popsicles and I love that these popsicles allow me to give her a treat without loading her body with sugar. I’m super sensitive to the amount of sugar she takes in because I can definitely see a change in her behavior and ability to self-regulate on days she’s had more sugar. These popsicles are a blend of organic veggies and fruit – no additives, no added sugar. They even contain probiotics for healthy digestion. Win. Win. Win.
I’ve done produce deliveries in the past but usually end up frustrated that I receive more than I can use in a week. I love that with Door To Door I can order a “Bitty Box” which is a good size for our family right now. I also love that they include info on the farms where the produce comes from and offer other organic foods to add to your order as well. Click here to check them out.
This Colorado company recently reached out and asked me to try their superfood infused nut butters. Of course I didn’t turn that offer down. I’ll be sharing some more fun ways to use these nut butters soon but for now I just want you to know that I’m loving them. Especially the Almond Butter with Dark Chocolate & Coconut and Cashew Butter with Chocolate Chips and Chia Seeds. I mean…yum.
What about you, what have you been loving lately?
