    My quads were not to happy but so happy with myself for not giving up, did not realize how tight my muscles are this is giving me hope

    This is my second challenge and I am loving it. The 15 minutes five days a week is not overwhelming yet very challenging to a novice such as myself. I wish I could bottle these and keep them forever so that I could continue on for the next few weeks to see improvement.

    I was ill and started late as a result so now don’t have access to the 4th and 5th that was disappointing

    I havent been able to access days 3, 4, 5. I started later because Ive had surgery on my right hand to replace my thumb joint. Cast off ready to start completed 1 and 2 now cant access tge last 3 free workouts. I have also been trying to join FB but there are so many Sisterhood Groups I have asked for help finding it and have yet to hear back.

      I’m sorry you missed it! The live challenge took place last week, but the workouts are still available for members of The Balanced Life Sisterhood to use on an ongoing basis (along with lots of other workouts!)​.​ 🙂
