Today I’m leading you through a lower body Pilates workout designed to tone your legs and lift your booty. Can I get an amen?

In just 15 minutes, you’ll work your entire lower body: toning your legs, sculpting your booty, and strengthening your pelvic floor. All good things.

    Day 3 completed! Not easy, but pleased with how Pilates has helped me recover from a broken leg. The moves are getting easier !!

      Apparently video 1 was free access, however if you wish to participate and use any of the other videos you must become a member and pay either a monthly or annual fee.

        Apparently..I agree.
        Only video I saw was the intro one…no access to videos 1-5.
        Yet they claim its a free 5 day course? What a disappointment!

    Whew! Coming from an exclusively yoga background I can really feel the burn with this! I’m 2 days behind so I’m starting from today. I’ve done this video and after a breather (and a gallon of water!) I’ll go on for yesterday’s workout. I’m hoping it doesn’t involve legs in any way, I’m gonna need time to recover! Thanks for a great workout and top cues Robin. X

    Hello Robin.
    I am really enjoying the course.
    I have just completed day 3.
    I was disappointed in myself when we were
    raising arms and legs together on Day 2.
    I didn’t seem to coordinate very well.
    Feeling nicely a bit breathless. (if I said puffed, I thought you might not understand)
    just off to get a large glass of water!

          I’m sorry you missed it, Bronwen! The live challenge took place last week, but the workouts are still available for members of The Balanced Life Sisterhood to use on an ongoing basis (along with lots of other workouts!)
