I hope you were reminded just how GOOD Pilates makes you feel. Even when it’s hard, it still feels good to know you’re taking steps to build strength and get healthy, doesn’t it?

Modifying is not cheating.
- Your body will feel different each day. Some days strong, some days less strong. And that’s okay.
- It’s important to listen to your body and know that you don’t have to do everything exactly as I’m doing on screen to get results.
- As much as this challenge is about you getting strong, it’s also about you making a strong connection between your body and mind. The most important thing is that you get on your mat and move your body.
Modifying does not mean less results. In fact, when done right, modifying can lead to BETTER results.
