30-Day Pilates Body Challenge: day #28 (abs, abs, abs!)

Hi Beauties!

You’re getting SO close to the end of the challenge! I’m so impressed with your dedication and progress. 🙂

Today’s routine is a challenging one….but as I always say, it’s my JOB to challenge you! I want you to get stronger every day so hang in there and modify when necessary.

Enjoy!

Modifications:

Roll Over: if you are unable to lift your hips just do the leg motion and practice deepening your abdominal connection. As a reminder, do NOT watch me while trying to do the roll over. If you need to hit pause and watch me, that’s fine, but always look straight forward when lifting your hips over your head.

Daily Check-In: Double up! Tag on an extra routine and tell me what you chose on Twitter and Instagram using the hashtag #30daypilatesbody.

  1. Good morning Robin. Hope you had a good weekend, Found the roll over very difficult, could only do it by using my hands to kind of push up my lower back! I obviously need to up my game abs wise and work extra hard to try and achieve that one…… Have a good Monday. J

  2. Great workout Robin. I need a lot of work to do the rollout. Do you have recommendations to help build up to roll up? Thanks.

  3. Great workout… I was not able to do the roll ups… I’ll definitely have to keep working on those but I was able to do the others so all I all I was happy with my progress so far.

  4. Haha. The teaser. Whenever I hold it, I lose balance and roll over onto my back…then roll right back up. My teaser needs a little practice 🙂

  5. This was a challenging workout! The roll ups felt a little awkward at first, and I definitely need to work on my form for those. For my additional workout, I chose the #23 upper body routine. Improving my upper body strength is one of my goals so this was perfect. Thanks so much!

  6. Try again the roll over is very difficult I was not able to accomplish…. will continue trying hope one day I will do it.

  7. I could not do the rollups for the life of me lol. I think I looked like a flailing fish haha. I was hoping there would be a modification but then I realized I missed the one you wrote in the caption of the video. I will need to practice this more.
