Hi Beauties!

Are you ready for another week of strength-building Pilates?

If you’re still with me you should be SO proud of yourself. Not everyone could hang. But you’re still here and you’re getting stronger by the day. You CAN finish this. I believe in you.

Today’s ab workout will get your blood pumping and leave you feeling refreshed and energized.

Enjoy!

Modifications: 

For a tired neck: rest your head on the mat or a folded towel instead of lifting up into a chest lift.

For “thread the needle”: keep your bottom knee resting on the mat like a kickstand OR skip the twist and just hold a side plank.

Daily Check-In: Sleep is one of the most over-looked components of a healthy, balanced life. Sleep affects EVERYTHING. Make it a goal to get an extra half hour of sleep tonight and then check-in to let me know how it went. 🙂

    I haven’t been posting regularly, but I haven’t missed a day and have been enjoying it so much. I’ve come to the conclusion that I AM a pilates/yoga girl. 🙂

  4. Out of town for Friday to Sunday with my daughter and a busy, fun 3yr old grandson. Back home and accomplished Day 14 ! Glad I’m back to this program….

  5. Might not be posting photos each day but I’m still here!!! Would just like to say I’ve just done my first full proper side planks with threading that needle for first time in years!!! Getting stronger and loving it, thank you lovely xxx

  7. Day#14 Done.
    Monday is my gym day, also swam 2/3 mile, cardio kick class and stronger class. Nice day- walked the dog 45 min.

  8. Mother of 7 daughters who does not like exercise….LOVES this challenge. Even homeschooling 7 children, I can find time to do this. In fact I’m actually looking forward to it each day. Thank you!

  9. I’m back I was away last week was only able to do Wednesday and Thursdays . Our wifi at hotel was terrible.so I’m going to try to get a couple days in at a time to get back on track which was my mentors idea to catch up. So here goes I have missed my daily workouts.

  10. I got so busy yesterday but I caught up today and did day 15 after today’s stretch video and I feel wonderful! I don’t like the feeling of missing a day, it feels like something is missing now! Loving this challenge and feeling wonderful!
