It’s that time again…time to stretch & relax. You’ve been working hard and your days have been full. Now it’s time to slow things down.

I’ll be leading you through a series of stretches to loosen up your entire body with a special focus on releasing tight chest muscles and opening up the hips.

    Great stretch workout for day 13 along with 30 min of YogaTx with Cole. Completed days 2,3&4 for day 12 along with 30 min of 21 day PLYO Fix with Autumn . Feeling good. 🙂
