As a reminder, today you have 2 choices:
1. Go back and revisit your favorite routine from the past week.
2. Complete a full-length workout from The Sisterhood workout library. I’ve assigned a 30-minute Cardio Pilates routine but you’re welcome to choose your favorite! (A few good options would be: Waist-Whittling Workout, Stretching & Strength or Lower Body Lift).
