30-Day Pilate Body Challenge: Day #12

Hi Beauties!

It’s Day 12, we are almost half-way there!

As a reminder, today you have 2 choices:

1. Go back and revisit your favorite routine from the past week.

2. Complete a full-length workout from The Sisterhood workout library. I’ve assigned a 30-minute Cardio Pilates routine but you’re welcome to choose your favorite! (A few good options would be: Waist-Whittling Workout, Stretching & Strength or Lower Body Lift).

(Option #2 is for Sisterhood members only. You are welcome to join us! When you join you’ll get immediate access to our workout library full of full-length workouts. (Click here to join).
