28 Days of Pilates: day 27

My favorite thing about this challenge has been hearing about your progress.

I love hearing how you’re feeling stronger and healthier than you did 26 days ago.

28 days of pilates

Want to know the truth?

Pilates works.

It just does. Practicing consistently WILL yield results. And results will show both on and off the mat.

Have you noticed how the decision to complete your daily workout impacts the rest of your day?

Have you noticed how you’re making healthier decisions in the kitchen?

Have you noticed how you’re more in-tune with what your body needs?

Have you noticed how taking one small healthy step per day often leads to two or three healthy steps?

It’s one of my favorite things about Pilates. It changes your life on and off the mat.

It’s why I’m hooked and why you will be too.

Over the past 3 years I’ve worked with some incredible women online who have bravely shared their Pilates stories here on my blog.

You may enjoy reading them and seeing just how powerful prioritizing your Pilates workouts can be….

  1. Pilates definitely changed my life for the better, and it’s such a fun way to work out and relieve stress.

Robin, I can’t thank you enough for this challenge. I still can’t believe there’s only one more day left! Loved today’s ab work video – especially all the full teasers.

  2. Hi Robin,
I have followed the program every day and loving it,
Mum of seven so its about as much time as
I can spare. Hate it coming to an end. Thank you for being such a generous person and giving us so much of your time. Cannot find today’s (day 27)

      It’s been my pleasure 🙂

      xo,

  3. Thanks for the link Robin,
Oh today was hard, I need lots of practice, I had to stay at the beginner level of teaser but I am glad to have it finished before starting the school run.
It a beautiful day here in Ireland. Hope its good there.
    So Until tomorrow, Slan,
    Jacqui

  4. Robin,
You said you love to hear about our progress, so I figured I would share. I don’t like to post publicly about my life, so I didn’t participate in the giveaways 🙁 but I boast about you to all of my friends!

As Liz S. said, I can’t thank you enough for being willing to post this program! I have added it to my normal routines and it is a great addition. I tend to get stuck doing the same exercises which obviously is not the best way to go about it! It is also great for those days where I don’t have the time for a full workout. And I felt so proud that I could do the whole workout today! It is great to feel strong(er)!

And you are a great coach! I wish you were in Ohio!! I’m in school right now so money is tight, but I will definitely come looking for you if I can fit a trainer into the budget!!

I am so sad that tomorrow is the last day! 🙁 But thanks again and I will keep my eye out for future programs!!
    ~Katherine

  5. thanks for sharing these results!! this month has been amazing and I really appreciate you being so dedicated to health and helping others, Robin! You made me a Pilates-lover!! 🙂

  6. Haven’t been posting my workouts regularly but been keeping at it and it helps so much after a long tiring day especially I do it at the end of my day. I feel the difference and I am sad that it is the final day. I’m beginning to love Pilates more and more with each day.

Thank you so much, Robin for being so generous and giving, for opening up this program to us and for being such and encouragement. It has a wonderul 28 days, so manageable and so fun!

Like Katherine, I wish I were staying around your area so that I can attend your classes.

Will be looking forward to your other programs, definitely.

  7. I loved this workout…and then I went back and did the leg workout from Day 12. Still a thigh burner!
Not completing this challenge was never an option…you’ve made it so easy to follow and I’ve truly looked forward to it each day. Thanks Robin!
