    Robin, I have been loving the 28 days program, it is my first time doing pilates and I have seen and felt the results. You are too cute and encouraging in your videos! But I have to ask, now what? For those of us who can’t do the pilates body program any suggestions?

      Isn’t that the best feeling?? It’s all your hard work paying off 🙂 If you aren’t able to join the PBP then just keep doing these videos! Start over or make your own plan based on your favorites. I don’t have plans to take the videos down at this time. So enjoy!

    Thanks Robin for the reminder to not give up … completely … I was doing the program and was having an awesome time but things got so busy that I stopped around midway … I know not very good but I am finishing the last 3 days. So thank you!
