    Wow, doing those moves made me realise just how much stronger I’ve become over the last couple of weeks by doing Pilates each day! Even when on the PBP I dreaded the teaser prep as it was SUCH a challenge, but today I found it more manageable then ever (I mean, not that it wasn’t a challenge, but still…). Just goes to show what effect doing “little and often” can have!
