The big day is finally here!

Welcome to Day 1 ofΒ 21 Days of Pilates.

This challenge is designed to help build the habit of daily Pilates.

The concept is simple: just 10 minutes per day, for 21 days.

You’ll be AMAZED by how good you feel and how much stronger you are by the end of the month.

So are you ready to dive in?

We’re kicking things off with a quick Pilates ab workout that will teach you how to engage your abs and build core strength.

    Awesome work out. I have done lots of work outs 30 minutes or longer and they work but are hard to maintain. This is perfect for my busy working mom life and I will be signing up for the 30 minute programs. These 10 minute work outs start my day out on a positive healthy note encouraging my day without making loose sleep or run late! Thank u!!

    THANKS for the YouTube link!! It allows us to view from our TVs πŸ™‚ Which may be why you included to begin with, but it was new to me.

    10 min. flew by, but it was a solid workout. My youngest (11 yrs) did the workout with me & we’ve both committed to continuing. Great way to connect.

    Thank you!! I hadn’t worked out in YEARS…… the “10 minutes a day ” is what pushed me to try…
    I CAN at least spare 10 minutes to try and improve myself… and Wow- Day 1 looked easy but was surprisingly (the right amount!!) of tough because I hadn’t realized how out-of-shape I am… but I did it..and I feel GREAT!!!! So, thank you!! Can’t wait for tomorrow!!

    I feel like I worked my legs more than my stomach. Could I have been doing it wrong, or am I just finding that my legs are out of shape too? (Which I really already know that I’m out of shape all over, lol) One down, twenty more to go!

    Well I’m two weeks behind, but I started day 1 today (Mar 20). I decided to save the emails and start on my spring break (I’m a school teacher) so I would get in the habit for a week and then keep going once I get back into my overlong choir teaching days :). THANKS this was a great way to start my break!!!
