12 Days of Pilates: day 9 (abs)

12 days of pilates

We’re heading back to the beach today for day 9 of 12 Days of Pilates!

This workout is a challenging one. Don’t be discouraged if you aren’t able to do all of the exercises perfectly. Just keep practicing. Focus on form, precision and breath…you will get there. Consistency pays off every time.

I apologize that the video is a little washed out. I was filming on the beach at 6:00 in the morning and the sun was rising faster than I could adjust the camera.

These routines were filmed on the beach in Santa Barbara. Have you ever been there?

I lived there for about 8 years before coming out to Colorado. It has a special place in my heart and I highly recommend you take a visit sometime if you’ve never been. 🙂

Enjoy today’s workout!

BONUS CHALLENGE: show me proof that you’re doing these workouts at home! Snap a photo and post it on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter today. I’ll leave a comment and cheer you on if you use the hashtag #12daysofpilates.

3 lucky ladies will also receive a FREE Grace Over Guilt print just for participating. 🙂

Really enjoyed today’s work out, I think I might be getting better! Although that side plank is nearly impossible on my left…

Santa Barbara looks beautiful! I am from Australia and my husband and I have a trip to the USA planned next year. We will be stopping by Santa Barbara for 2 nights on our road trip. Really looking forward to it!
