Welcome to day 6 of 12 Days of Pilates!

After 5 days of hard work, I think it’s time for a break don’t you?

This stretch & relax video from 28 Days of Pilates is a great way to slow down, relieve stress and soothe sore muscles. Feel free to come back to it again and again when your body needs a break. ‘Tis the season for stress so don’t let it get the best of you.

    Well, it may be almost 2am and I haven’t been to bed yet, but I got it done and I will sleep better, and I only have one more day before vacation!
