Hi Beauties!

I’m sure you’re extremely busy this week but don’t forget to slow down and take time for your health. Just 10 minutes on your mat can refresh your spirit, energize your body and renew your mind.

We’re stretching and relaxing for today’s 12 Days of Pilates workout. 

Find a quiet room, close the door and do this one thing for yourself today. I promise you won’t regret it…
