This is just what I need to get going! I still can’t bend over due to eye surgery, but the rest of the moves I could do. Thank you!

I need exercises that don’t involve use of my neck muscles. After two surgeries on my neck it’s messed up☹️

Hi Patty, We are sorry if you are experiencing any pain in your workouts. We encourage you to modify when needed or skip any exercises that cause you discomfort. Modifying is expected and a great way to gain strength on your journey. If you haven’t already seen it, you can find a video on Modifications for Neck Discomfort in your Workout Library.

thanks for doing this standing routine! I filled out the survey saying that it was almost impossible to find space on the floor to put down my mat. So I appreciate your responding to that problem that many people don’t acknowledge….now I’m more determined to clear some space to do some more Pilates with you.

I thoroughly enjoyed this standing workout. Back surgery and neck surgery have limited my movement but this I could do without any pain. I originally signed up for the 5 day challenge but was unable to participate due to a very rough week of head pain due to Occipital Neuralgia. When I finally felt well enough, I went back to the emails but was too late. Is it possible to try again? Thank you for your response.

For some time now I have been neglecting my workouts. So, when I saw this 10 min standing pilates, I decided enough is enough and grabbed a mat and did it. You don’t know how great I feel that finally could do something to breakout of the rut I had been in. Thanks for all the inspiration and all the wonderful things you guys do.
