Happy Friday!

Are you ready for ab workout #3?

Today’s workout is all about the obliques. The oblique muscles are important for balance and stability but also help to create a beautiful shape and defined waistline. I think you’ll enjoy this one…:)

But before we get down on our mats I want to invite you to join me for World Run Day on Monday of next week.

World Run Day is not just for the elite. It’s for anyone who can put on a pair of running shoes and hit the pavement. It’s an opportunity to ban together and support Boston Strong.

You can run 10 feet or 10 miles, you just have to run.

I’m joining Team Athleta to raise money for The One Fund benefitting the people most affected by the tragic events that occurred last year.

Athleta will donate for every mile logged.

  1. Good initiative to run for those people. It is a good way to support them.I did the workout and it really felt in my stomach. This will be good for my waist.
