Watermelon Granita Recipe

Remember, true confidence comes from within.

Don’t think you have what it takes to strut your stuff in a bikini WITHOUT a cover up this year? You’re wrong. You do. You are beautiful, strong, healthy and free to live without shame.

In fact, when it comes to confidence, I think we often get it wrong.

We think we have to be confident in order to wear a bikini or play with our kids without fear of what we look like uncovered.

But the truth is we become confident by feeling the fear and doing it anyway.

Don’t hide! Be you! Be proud of the shape you’ve been blessed with and all that you body can do.

It’s up to us. We get to decide. We can be women who miss out or women who dive in.

I’m choosing to dive in this summer and I hope you will too.

And while you’re lounging by the pool feeling beautiful, radiant and relaxed, enjoy this healthy Watermelon Granita recipe to stay cool.

Note: True granitas take a bit more work. This is the busy girl’s granita and it tastes just as good. 🙂

  1. Thank you SO much again for this fabulous Pilates challenge! I always enjoy each day’s workout and the variety of exercises; and the guest bloggers for the workouts were fun too!

  2. I really enjoyed his challenge. I look forward to seeing if you do another one in the future. It was a nice addition to my other workouts and so much fun. Thanks again for taking your time to share with us. I’m going to go back and do the 28 day series next.

  3. Thank you so much for this challenge & the wonderful inspiration you put on your blog & social media. Even though I had lots of set backs & delays & was always playing catch up during this challenge, I had a blast doing these workouts and seeing everyone else’s progress. I can tell a big diffreence in the appearance of my body and I have a lot more strength too 🙂
I plan on trying to join your PBP but if I am not one of the lucky 45 women who get a spot, I plan on redoing this challenge along with your April abs & 28 day challenges to keep my progress up.
Hubby’s bday is at the end of July and I am determined to look smoking hot for him plus I want my health back! 🙂 I am also considering doing the whole30 program and will attempt to make some sort of attempt at doing the project 33/3 too.
I’ve been rambling, to get back to the point of my comment, THANK YOU SO MUCH for your workouts and all the good, positive engery you send out. It’s helped change me for the better and is really helping me to get motivated to get my health back & to change my life & my habits to be healthier. Thank you!!!
