Is online Pilates right for you?

Hi Beauties!

As many of you already know, The Pilates Body Program is kicking of THIS Sunday!

I’m sending out the Starter Kit and goal-setting resources to all of the beauties that have already signed up tomorrow morning.

I’m buzzing with excitement because I know just how wonderful this program is.

It’s life-changing. And it’s fun.

Sunday can’t get here soon enough!

For those of you who are still on the fence….

The first thing you need to know: there are 3 spots 2 spots left. That’s it! So now’s the time to go for it.

I’ve received a ton of emails with questions about the program so I figured I’d share some of them here in case you are wondering the same things.

Q: Can I see a sample of the meal plan? I’m also curious about the flexibility…

Absolutely! Just send me an email at: robin (at) lindywell.com.

The flexibility depends on your goals.

If you are really focused on losing weight then I would recommend sticking to the meal plan near 100%. That way you are guaranteed to see results.

I send multiple breakfast/lunch/dinner/snack options and you can pick and choose which ones you want to eat each day. They are all interchangeable so you can make it work for your tastes, preferences and budget. There are more than enough options to choose from.

If you are NOT looking to lose weight and just want healthy meal ideas and want to learn how to properly pair your foods for optimal digestion and nutrient absorbency then you can take what you’d like from the meal plan and make it work for you.

Q: I cook for my family and don’t want to cook multiple meals. Will this meal plan work for my husband too?

Many women have voiced this concern in the beginning of the program and I can honestly say that husband’s have ended up loving the meal plan! It works well for the whole family. I’ve never had a single complaint (thank you Drew!).

That being said, sometimes I add things in for my husband to keep him full and satisfied.

For example: if we’re having Spaghetti Squash with Lentil Tomato Sauce I’ll give him a side of crusty bread. Or sometimes I’ll cook him a baked potato when we’re grilling turkey burgers. Simple things like that so that he feels 100% satisfied. But all in all, this plan has been welcomed by husbands in the past.

Q: I’m currently breastfeeding. Is this program okay for me to do?

It’s perfect for you to do! You can do all the workouts from the comfort of your own home while your baby naps or plays by your side.

The meal plan is nourishing and satisfying and great for nursing moms. I’ve been breastfeeding for the past 9 months and have used the meal plan regularly. It’s full of healthy fats and protein which is great for milk supply and growing babies. We’d work together to ensure that you’re getting enough calories to keep your supply.

Q: I am wondering about the start date.. why is there a set “start date” if it’s all done online?

Great question. There is a start date because I walk you through the entire program and am available for email support and coaching during the 6 weeks.

I run it as a group so the entire group starts on the same day. That way there is a sense of community and support which can be utilized in the private Facebook group.

You can choose to interact with me and others as little or as much as you’d like.

The first email with your Getting Started package and goal setting worksheets will go out on Thursday.

Q: I looked at your website and really want to do the program but I’m not looking to lose any weight. Is this still a good fit for me?

The Pilates Body Program is TOTALLY suitable for those who don’t want to lose weight and just want to stay healthy and active. It’s all about Pilates, healthy habits and making decisions that support the lifestyle you want to lead. Weight loss does not have to be a component of the program if that isn’t one of your goals.

The main focus of the program is simply to do Pilates from home on a regular basis (4x per week) and fill your diet with super-nutritious foods. The meal plan is made up of whole, nourishing foods. So you learn to cook things from scratch and it won’t take you hours in the kitchen. The meal plan was created by Drew Parisi (you can get a better feel about her from her website). Honestly, her meal plan has changed the way my husband and I eat and look at food. For the better.

If your goal is simply to keep up with Pilates, learn more about it and eat well – this program is a good fit for you. You wouldn’t participate in the weekly weigh-in’s that some will participate in. You also would focus less on portion size and just eat until you feel satisfied!

But you’d still have the option to “check-in” with me via email every week just to share how things are going and to do some journaling/processing on your own.

My goal is really just to help you lead a life that you feel good about. So that you feel active and nourished on a daily basis.

Q: Will you be doing this program again?

I have run it a few times per year for the past 2 years. I don’t have another one scheduled for 2014 but I may host another one at some point. I schedule them based on demand and my schedule. 🙂

Q: What if I sign up and then change my mind?

No problem! I offer a 100% money back guarantee. No questions asked. That’s how confident I am that you’ll love it. 🙂

Q: I want to join but how do I know if I’m really ready for this kind of thing?

I can’t tell you for sure if you’re “ready.”

But I can tell you that the best time to start is before you’re 100% sure. You know you need to take care of yourself so why put it off any longer?

And truthfully, in 3 months you’re going to wish you would have started today.

Do you have a question that I haven’t answered yet? Post a comment and we’ll chat!

  1. Hey Robin,
    It’s Shelly Reed @Shellbell707
So I want to join! But the problem is I leave Sunday in
AM. For my Anual Real Estate convention.
    So I have some questions:
How long are the workouts the first week
    and
Do we have to log on at a certain time to follow the work out? Are they live?
I don’t think I would be able to keep on the meal plan the first 4 days!

I just want to make sure I have a good start.
Concerned the meal plan will be hard to follow to the 4 days in in Vegas?
    Ideas feed back?

    1. Hi Shelly! Great questions. 🙂

All workouts are about 40 minutes long. Long enough to give you a full, well-rounded workout but short enough for busy schedules.

The workouts are not live. I send you a new video every Sunday and you commit to doing that video 4x during the course of the week, on your own time.

I understand that it would be hard to follow the meal plan while at your convention in Vegas. 🙂 No problem! 4 days is a small amount of time since the program is 6 weeks. I wouldn’t let those 4 days be a reason to miss out if you really do want to join.

We were actually sold out but I just had 2 people change their plans due to personal reasons so I don’t have to close enrollment quite yet! 🙂

      xo,
      Robin

  2. And by the way I’m on day 13 of your Pilates. Program
Love your style of encouragement. You trully strike me as being a very kind person!
Just want to say thank you!
