Pilates For Moms of Littles

I met the lovely Moriah through The Influence Network and have loved getting to know her through her lovely blog. She recently shared her review of the Balanced Beginnings program from the perspective of a mom with a new little one. Which I love.

This program can be used by anyone! Pregnant or not. And it’s great to know that you can still use the videos in the future when you find yourself expecting a new little bundle of joy in the future.

Here’s an excerpt from Moriah’s post…

“I have been working out some, but especially during times like this winter when it’s hard to get outside, these are great for when Gracie is napping. The stretches are wonderful and the strengthening routine definitely lets me feel my muscles working, but isn’t exhausting. I really wish I had had these after Gracie was first born!

Someday after other future babies are born, I am totally using these moves to help me ease back into working out. Even now though, they currently work as a nice supplement to my other workouts. Robin provides clear and easily understood instructions and let’s new moms know that it’s ok to be feeling a little out of sync with your body. She talks about the important stretches for new moms that have been carrying baby around all day and nursing….”
