30-Day Pilates Body Challenge: Day #26

Hi Beauties!

How are your inner thighs feeling after yesterday’s leg routine? Today you’ll have the ability to select a workout based on how you’re feeling.

As a reminder, today you have 2 options:

  1. Go back and revisit your favorite routine from the week.
  2. Complete a full-length (30 minute) workout from The Sisterhood. This is for members only. I assigned the “Pilates For Posture” routine today because it’s crowd favorite, but feel to choose any workout from our workout library!

I was recently asked why I don’t provide a free trial for The Sisterhood. And my answer was this challenge IS a free trial. If you like these short routines and you like the overall vibe of The Balanced Life then you will LOVE The Sisterhood.

I send out a workout calendar every month. That calendar includes workouts 5 days per week – 3 short ones from my YouTube channel (much like these 30-Day challenge workouts) and 2 longer workouts that are exclusive to Sisterhood members (30-40 minutes). Some women follow the calendar exactly, others adapt it to make it work for their schedule.
