28 Days of Pilates: day #28!

Congratulations!

You’ve made it to the final day of 28 Days of Pilates!

If you’re still with me you should be SO proud of yourself.

You set a goal and you accomplished it. You stayed the course even when it wasn’t easy.

I am so impressed.

Doesn’t it feel great to know that you’re improving your body and getting stronger each day?

To notice glimpses of muscle definition that you didn’t have before?

I encourage you to keep moving forward with your goals. You’re doing so great. Don’t stop now.

The Details…

The program is still 100% practical and manageable just like 28 Days of Pilates has been.

The Workouts…

You will receive a new full length workout in your inbox every Sunday.

The video is 40 minutes long (totally do-able, even if you have to break it up into 2 parts) and you commit to doing that video 4x throughout the week.

Each week is a full body workout but has a specific muscle focus (abs, arms, legs, etc.)

The videos are downloadable and yours to keep forever.

The Meal Plan…

In addition to workouts, I send you weekly meal and snack ideas that you can mix and match to your liking.

(Smoothies, salads, soups, entrees, almond beauty bars…)

The meals (provided by Parisi Nutrition) are nourishing, satisfying and comprised of real, whole, nutrient-dense foods.

The Support System…

I am available for unlimited email coaching & support throughout the entire program.

We set goals, we journal, we email and we all connect and share our stories in a private Facebook group (so you can share things that you may not want to share to everyone you’ve known since high school).

If your goal is to lose weight we check in every Wednesday for accountability.

If you don’t want to focus on a number we simply check in with how you’re feeling and what’s working/what’s not.

  5. Good morning Robin! Again I can’t thank you enough! I have so much gratitude towards you and this challenge-it has been an amazing experience! I’m very proud of myself for sticking to it and completing every single day! I don’t know if I’ll get to do the Pilates Body Program (although I would LOVE to) due to my current finances, but if there’s a will there’s certainly a way and even if I end up not getting to do the PBP then I’m most definitely going to keep Pilates a part of my life. I’d really like to get my Pilates instructor certification as well as a Yoga instructor certification–those are 2 of my biggest loves aside from Zumba. Thanks to your 28 Days of Pilates challenge I can tell a huge difference in my core strength, definition in my arms & abs, and for the first time in my life I have a booty that I’m proud of!!! Pilates really works and unbelievably well! I am forever in love! PS I thoroughly enjoyed today’s final workout–it was a blast! 😀

  6. Thank you for this program! I just happened to see it on a friend’s FB page and am so glad I stumbled upon it. I had an hysterectomy in September and needed to strengthen my abs–they had not been the same since. Your workouts have eased me into exercising, but with a challenging twist. My abs are stronger, my legs are stronger and I feel so good. You are a God-send. Thank you!

  7. My daughter, Betsie, shared your 28-day challenge with me and encouraged me to join her in doing it. It has been delightful to exercise with you this month. Thank you for providing us with exercise, healthy thinking, and more. I love pilates! Have you considered marketing a DVD? I would buy it —so keep me in the loop, okay? I think the best thing about these past 4 weeks is the habit I’ve formed of exercising everyday. I thank you for that

  8. Thank you Robin for the 28 days of pilates. I’m a runner and love adding some variety to my daily exercise routine. I normally start a 30 day challenge and quit 1/2 way through the month. This was the first challenge I have followed and completed every day. I have never tried pilates before but now I’m hooked, thank you for making these workouts possible! You rock!
